Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how to tell us to stop.

Effective date: 11 August 2026
Applies to: this website and the outreach Clearland Facilities sends on behalf of itself and its clients.

1. Who We Are

Clearland Facilities ("Clearland", "we", "us") is a United States business that books qualified meetings between commercial trades contractors and the commercial property managers, facilities directors, and building owners who buy their services.

You can reach us at any time through our contact form. We respond to privacy requests within one business day and resolve them within 30 days.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us

When you submit our contact form we collect the name, company, email address, trade, and service area you enter, plus your phone number and message if you choose to provide them. We collect this only because you sent it to us.

If you book a call through the scheduling tool embedded on our home page, that booking is handled by Cal.com and is subject to Cal.com's own privacy policy in addition to this one.

Information collected automatically

Our host records standard server logs when you load a page, including your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the time of the request. These logs exist for security and reliability. We do not run advertising trackers, analytics profiling, or behavioural retargeting on this site, and this site does not set its own cookies.

Two third parties receive your IP address as a technical consequence of loading our pages: Google Fonts, which serves the typeface, and Cal.com, which serves the scheduling frame on our home page.

Business contact information we source for outreach

Clearland contacts businesses on behalf of our contractor clients. To do that, we compile business contact information — typically a name, job title, business email address, company, and business location — from sources such as state licensing board records, state and municipal business registries, public federal databases, company websites, and commercial data providers.

This is business-to-business contact data about people acting in a professional capacity. We do not knowingly source or use personal, consumer, or household information for outreach, and we do not target individuals at home.

3. How We Use Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

4. Who We Share Information With

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, and only as needed to run the business:

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights and safety of Clearland or others. If our business is sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

5. How to Opt Out of Our Outreach

If you have received a message from us or on behalf of one of our clients and do not want further contact, reply to that message and say so — the word "remove" or "unsubscribe" anywhere in your reply is enough. You can also send the request through our contact form.

We action opt-out requests within one business day and always within the ten business days required by the CAN-SPAM Act. We keep a suppression record of your address for the sole purpose of ensuring we do not contact you again, and we do not need a reason from you.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request that we correct it, request that we delete it, and be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights. Residents of California, and of other states with comprehensive privacy laws, have these rights by statute.

To exercise any of them, contact us through our contact form and tell us what you would like us to do. We will verify your request by replying to the business email address concerned, and we will not charge you for it.

7. How Long We Keep Information

8. Security

We use reputable hosting and service providers, restrict access to information to the people who need it to do the work, and transmit this website over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect. This page is the current version.

11. Contact Us

Questions about this policy, or a request about your information? Use our contact form and mark it "Privacy". We reply within one business day.
